Progow is a B2B SaaS platform that provides clients with customizable online job applications to collect role-specific, standardized applicant information. By using Progow, employers can reduce manual applicant screening efforts, evaluate applicants faster, improve the applicant experience and increase the value derived from their existing hiring software, including applicant tracking systems.
Progow is looking for a Head of Sales to expand our current corporate pilot testing program and build an in-house sales team in the 2nd half of 2016. This is an opportunity to take a built-out B2B SaaS platform and own the sales side of the business from planning to execution.
- Previous sales leadership experience preferred
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Previous start-up experience preferred
